I can’t believe I have to do this @Delta but you leave me no choice. Items were stolen from my checked bag and after the file was claimed, your claims manager had the nerve to tell me that I won’t be reimbursed because although I showed the receipts, I didn’t fill out the paper right! As a platinum medallion member this is ridiculous! I asked to speak to a supervisor as well but I guess you prefer me to handle things this way! #SHAME
Best Buy corporate reached out and issued a refund.
I appreciate them doing that.
But it's unfortunate I had to write a post that got millions of views to get a refund in a case where Best Buy is so clearly responsible.
Before I wrote the post, Best Buy corporate did nothing but stonewall us.
The way we were treated before vs after the post couldn't have been more different.
The people at our local Best Buy store were great. They wanted to help. But corporate doesn't give them the ability to.
Corporate also prevents store managers from providing contact information to customers with legitimate issues who need to reach someone at corporate.
I never want to publicly call out a company. But sometimes they give you no other choice.
What's sad is this happens to people who don't know how to write a viral post.
It also happens to people who can't afford to buy another camera while they wait months for a resolution that may never come.
So while I appreciate the refund, it should've happened long before I found the time to write about it weeks later.
KAT is basically trying to process grief over his mom’s death by playing the best basketball of his life in these finals and I could not be rooting for him harder.
Do not use StubHub. I purchased $1,500 of Journey tickets from them. They promised delivery before 4:30pm for a 7:30pm show. I spent 3 hours in the afternoon trying to get the tickets. Nothing. The venue was an hour from my home. At 6:30 no resolution, no contact. I did not go. I received upgraded tickets from them via email at 7:37pm via email. The show had started. I asked for a complete refund. They refused. They said I could have seen most of the show. These people are criminals. Period. @StubHub
Bought a $1,742.80 camera online from BestBuy.
The FedEx delivery driver stole it. FedEx admitted it.
But BestBuy won’t give a refund. They said we need to “work with local law enforcement.”
Thought everyone should know if you buy from @BestBuy and a @FedEx driver steals what you paid for, your money is gone. Neither company will make it right.
I’ve spent over $30K at BestBuy and will never spend another penny there.
Russell Wilson finished his career with 46,966 passing yards and 5,568 rushing yards.
To put that in perspective, no other player in NFL history has reached both 35,000 passing yards and 4,000 rushing yards.
Stephon Castle, on Game 7: “Somebody’s season is going to end that night, and we don’t want it to be ours. ... Who doesn’t want to play in a Game 7? To be able to do it in the Western Conference finals in my second year is definitely a blessing, so I’m ready for it.”
Mitch Johnson on what he saw from Carter Bryant tonight and how much he likes to be coached:
"Carter has been as coachable as anybody. At times he probably has tried to do the right thing too much. And I think that's where at times the urgency and the competitiveness of myself comes out, because I just want that kid to play fast and aggressive..
When he plays free and allows his instincts to follow his athleticism and aggressiveness, good things happen. And when he can be disciplined a little bit on top of it, it's fun to watch."

ESPN does a great game breakdown analysis of SGA foul hunting in WCF Game 6 and contrasts it to Spurs guards playing through contact

Maybe the single most egregiously officiated game I’ve ever seen…
Made this little compilation from last nights Thunder/Spurs game of all the calls that went OKC’s way courtesy of @Rate_the_Refs.
I’m still baffled. Each one is worse than the previous. What is the @NBA doing?
De’Aaron Fox you’re a San Antonio Spur for the next 3 years just based on this gritty ass showing on one leg and the necessity to have you alleviate the ball handling duties for these young guards.
You’re stamped.
