I know there ways you have an option of reversing coz if I had the number the reversal would have happened immediately.

@AIRTEL_KE It is so weird and crazy that airtel money takes a billion years to resolve a matter that safaricom resolves within seconds. You need to pull up your socks. I don’t understand why I have to wait for eternity to get my issue resolved that I know can take seconds to do.
