On Friday, March 3rd, Dr. Norman Conti (Sociology) held a session of his groundbreaking program, Police Training Inside-Out (PTIO) at Duquesne. Over the next few weeks, the group will meet with incarcerated citizens at the State Correctional Institution at Fayette.
