experience with Lufthansa since July'22. I do have (some) sympathy to Lufthansa for the strugles, delays, cancellations etc. that happened this summer especially due to airport workers' strikes but I am very dissapointed by the way my lost luggage case was handled by Lufthansa.

@lufthansa I'm writing to you to follow up on my feedback ID 36814074 My luggage got lost more than 6 months ago and after numerous phone calls, emails and frustration,I haven't been yet compansated for the loss of my belongings.Regret to say this,but I've had a horrible customer
