@ShappiKhorsandi Give it time to settle. Around 3-6months should do it. If you're still not feeling right, chat to your GP. And yes, you can go without HRT - many women do - but there are other effects to then deal with. Depends which you see as worse to live with. X

@NoContextBrits The child was NOT trampled on. He was stepped OVER. Yes he was knocked down, but as others have said, he was in an area where there is clear signage, they shout to get you out of the way, and they were ignored. None of the other children (or adults) got in their way.
