Every CF Benchmarks index posted a negative return in May. The CF Digital Culture Index was most resilient at -1.2% for the month; the CF Diversified Large Cap Index lagged the complex at -4.6%. Year to date, drawdowns now span roughly 20% to 29%.

Beneath the index level, dispersion was wide: Hyperliquid (HYPE) rose 75.8% on the first U.S. spot HYPE ETFs, while broad market measures fell. A reminder that "the market" and any single token are increasingly different exposures.
