⚠️ THE REALITY ⚠️

Record Spending - A Youth Led recruitment strategy that has FAILED to raise standards.

Squad instability- Unbalanced, inexperienced, ever changing squads with managers left to carry responsibility.

Failed Strategy - Quantity prioritised over quality in aid of raising value to sell on for a profit. Chelsea is not a richer Brighton or Red Bull.

Managerial Chaos - Underwhelming appointments chosen to fit the “internal structure and project” - the same structure that has failed Graham Potter, Mauricio Pochettino and Enzo Maresca.

A source close to Boehly in 2024 said he considers Egbhali to be "micromanaging" at Chelsea. Spot on.

Enzo Maresca will be the next victim of Egbhali's narcissistic approach to running a Football club.

Egbhali can't drop his ego and is ultra sensitive to any manager who dares question why the manager involved might have some backbone to them.

Poch, Lampard, Potter, and Maresca all flagged issues. @ebehdad and his brief kings preach patience and process, but are in all likelihood going to be on their 5th manager in 5 seasons because everyone he works with has an issue with him.

No fan believes your PR Spin anymore, so dont dare try and push it on Maresca this season.
