Tonight, we tried another sherried whiskey with Carlow roots. What a cracker! Everyone was blown away by it. @OConnellWhiskey @whiskeymerchant bottled an incredible whiskey here! That this is still available on @Celticwhiskey is unreal.This whiskey justifies its price.Notes below

Nose: Liquorice, Apple drops, Tropical fruit.
Palate: Pear, very fruity, cinnamon/clove, apricot, peach
Finish: Long, sweet, fruity, pleasant finish.

A huge dram. Sorry it took so long for a review @OConnellWhiskey . Look forward to the next release!!

We did a fantastic blind dram tasting this evening! It has to be stated that this was unanimously the crowd favourite. What a drop. Fair play to @whiskeymerchant in a fantastic dram. Fruity sweetness, all the way through! @obroinb @DRyanirl
