This June, we're proud to celebrate National Safety Month. 🦺
Our "Do It Right" culture means every employee is equipped, empowered, and encouraged to work safely. From extensive training to unwavering focus on occupational and process safety, the health and well-being of our workforce is always at the forefront of everything we do.
CF Industries' products help customers meet environmental and regulatory requirements, improve energy efficiency, reduce land‑use intensity, and enhance product safety and longevity. 👇
The CF Industries Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation founded and supported by CF Industries, advances philanthropic efforts, including supporting environmental stewardship, STEM education, healthy food access, and local community advancement.
In 2025, the Foundation granted approximately $1.5 million to 40 charitable organizations.
Did you know? Our Donaldsonville, Louisiana facility receives natural gas through five pipelines and can transform it into granular urea in just 1.5 hours. The product is then stored across three warehouses with nearly 130,000 tons of total capacity.
It’s then shipped via rail, barge, and other transportation modes — delivering essential nutrients where they're needed most.
After delivering an outstanding operational performance in Q1, we continue to focus on safe operations, being a reliable supplier to our customers, and creating substantial value for shareholders.

CF Industries has a longstanding partnership with @Fertilizer_Inst to advance sustainable agricultural practices and global food security.
TFI’s 4R Nutrient Stewardship program, which considers the economic, environmental, and social aspects of nutrient management, positively impacts sustainable fertilizer use. We proudly chair TFI’s Sustainability Committee, providing direction and guidance on 4R efforts.
We are pleased to announce the release of our 2025 Annual Report.

Our mission is to feed and fuel the world sustainably — none of which is possible without our farmers. We’re focused on increasing the supply of fertilizer in the United States for our farmers by:
- Reviewing all operations to maximize nitrogen fertilizer production and distribution
- Supporting American agriculture by prioritizing new sales to U.S. customers who supply U.S. farmers
- Expanding our capacity to ship granular urea throughout the country
- Keeping the largest ammonia plant operating at full capacity by delaying a long-planned maintenance turnaround event

On Monday, our CEO Chris Bohn spoke at @semafor WES about CF Industries' strategy, investments in U.S. manufacturing, and support of American farmers.
"Our strategy is to decarbonize. We believe that decarbonizing nitrogen fertilizer is going to provide a demand pull that's occurring already."
We are proudly committed to investing in domestic production and our local economies. Among other actions, we are:
-Spending approximately $500M annually on capital improvements to our existing production network
-Working on a $3.7 billion project to build the largest new ammonia plant in the world here in the U.S.
-Employing thousands of skilled American manufacturing workers, largely located in rural America
CF Industries' distribution network enables reliable delivery of nitrogen products where and when they’re needed most.
Our North American footprint drives supply chain resilience, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Over the last five years, CF Industries has averaged a 96% gross ammonia utilization rate — 10% higher than our North American peers.
This enables us to produce approximately one million more tons of ammonia than we otherwise would. The output serves American farmers as ammonia and ammonia-derived products such as granular urea and UAN.
Next week, our CEO, Chris Bohn, will join global leaders at @semafor World Economy for a conversation on "The Economics of Infrastructure" to discuss infrastructure financing, supply chain resilience, and global trade routes.
We hope to see you there!
CEO Chris Bohn joined the Indo-Pacific Energy Forum to celebrate our Blue Point joint venture with JERA and Mitsui, a $3.7 billion investment in U.S. manufacturing. This represents a strong example of U.S.-Japan energy cooperation and investment, as well as the benefits of investing in U.S. abundant natural gas, American manufacturing expertise, and advantaged cost-competitive carbon capture and storage.
As demand for low-carbon ammonia and fertilizer rises, CF Industries remains focused on lowering product carbon intensity and expanding our impact across new and existing applications.
