@orthobullets This is a very interesting technique. I don't think I have heard of percutaneous pars repair with a robot before. What diameter screw did you use? Pedicle screws without tulips?

@Derekwmooremd If kyphosis progresses or the is diastasis of the interspinous distance on standing films or follow-up, would plan for posterior fusion.

@Derekwmooremd Definitely a gray zone. Not sure if I would confidently say the posterior tension band is "intact" in this case given the lamin a fracture. Morphology looks vertical, so it may be "stable" enough for nonoperative treatment. Definitely would brace and get standing X-rays.
