Today, #Year3 spent the afternoon investigating what type of soil we have here at @cheddar_first . After lots of fun in the mud, we spent the rest of the afternoon in our socks! #LearningOutsideTheClassroom #SorryParents !

As Scientists, Falcon class led experiments testing the magnetic strength of various magnets. We drew bar charts to present our results and explained our findings to the rest of the class using sentence stems.

There was a genie who granted one wish to each person. The first wished for Coca Cola so he slid down the slide and landed in Coca Cola. The second wished for money so he slid down the slide and landed in money. The final one went to the top of the slide and shouted WEEEE!

As Scientists, Falcon class predicted whether several materials were magnetic. They then tested the materials and presented their results.
