SERV, a program of @centerffs, provides crisis intervention, counseling, and support to survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, and human trafficking.
The world may have slowed down, but domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking have not. If you are experiencing abuse or being forced to do something against your will, you are NOT alone.

Traffickers will often tattoo/brand victims as a power move to claim ownership. Human beings aren't for sale. Barcodes are a common tattoo, but names and brands are also an indicator and when coupled with other signs are a red flag for identifying a survivor of trafficking. #htam
If you're wondering what you can do about human trafficking happening here in our communities, you can start by simply joining SERV's South Jersey Anti Trafficking Coalition. We meet the second Monday of every month via Zoom from 9:30am-11:30am. Register:

SAAM Fact #30: SERV's mission is to provide compassionate and competent services to individuals who have experienced interpersonal violence. However, it is the responsibility of the community to support survivor's and create a safer world. We can all start by believing. #SAAM2021
SAAM Fact #29: While rape impacts marginalized communities at disproportionate rates, sexual violence can happen to anyone of any age, gender, color, orientation, and lifestyle. Because it is so prevalent, we have all either been impacted by it, or know someone who has. #SAAM2021
