As a bilingual, first-generation Bolivian-American, she deeply understands the challenges of navigating multiple cultural identities and is dedicated to providing trauma-informed care. In her free time, SofΓa enjoys creating art and spending time with her Pomeranian, Milo. πΎ

Kelsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a huge heart for helping children, teens, and families heal from trauma.
Her therapeutic toolkit includes play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapyβand sheβs also EMDR trained! But more than anything, Kelsey knows the power of building strong relationships and creating a safe, validating space for her clients to heal. π
