@longtimelurkrr@girdley And that’s why padel is infinitely better to watch professionally + more addicting to play. You can always get better and it’s always fun to play. Tennis loses most people when they try to serve the first time. Golf? There’s levels. Pickle highest level is dinking.
@AR5Renaissance AR is not a good NFL quarterback. Danny has double the wins in NFL than AR has in his entire career including HS and college lol… does he have talent? Yes. So does Joe Milton, Carson Wentz, Jamarcus Russell etc. Colts have a dynamic offense, just need a game MGR
@robbiehendricks Was looking for a car for my wife… Test drove the GX550, along with Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X5 & X7 … drove 3 different Lexus SUVs and all of them are pretty rough rides in comparison to the Germans. Pretty close in price too. Might as well get a Toyota Sequoia in my opinion.
Landlords shell out $5K–$10K for a lease the attorney pulled from a file folder and filled in like Mad Libs. Billed like it was typed on a damn typewriter. Tenants break it anyway—and now you’re paying double to enforce it. Total racket and all for “peace of mind”@TheRealEstateG6
@rtortiz@FFSnoog End of the day, RB’s are fluid and if you collect enough talented handcuffs, there’s a good chance to find value. I ended up trading Tyreek Hill for Rhamondre and AD Mitchell to fill the 3rd RB gap in hopes it’s a solid split backfield. Hadda take the ceiling of Hunter…
@rtortiz@FFSnoog Had a similar setup but just 1.4&1.5 with my only starting RB being chubba (+Rico & Jon brooks 🤦♂️) … been rebuilding and the last pieces are RB. I took Hendo then just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to grab Hunter, even though my league is start 11, 3 RB. I do think ab it tho
@JohnJBlatchford feel like it’s just poor presentation and communication from brokers in this case. It should be a cost borne by the seller and presented that way. Broker can connect the dots with a few inexpensive options, but seller should want control of that plan.
@Michael_Asarch Starbucks / autozone is probably best bet getting to that cap… sbux because they’re typically BTS so be sure they know the market w/ regard to future rent replacement . Careful of the get out clause too.
@dgsommersmkts Agreed, liquidity is moderate, but many of these investors will look to park $ in tangible assets as a hedge against inflation + higher avg yield + tax advantages. Smart money is targeted toward credit tenants in solid markets with replaceable or under market in place rents.
