Last month, we had another newly minted PhD Dr Prashant Ranjan from our Centre from Prof Parimal Das group on the topic "Exploring congenital tooth agenesis: from integrated-omics insights through therapeutics". He finished his PhD with an ace with 29 peer-reviewed publications.

Only about 40 cases of Ph+ MDS have been documented, mostly in progression to leukemia, with few de novo cases. Due to its rarity, Ph+ MDS is not included in the current WHO classification, and the role of tyrosine kinase inhibitors remains uncertain.
