@pqweo_953 While maybe not sleeves, Could do one for Binders/Boxes.
Think those would be much easier to go into. Plus it would be nice to have a binder to put your Tarot Cards in.
Yeah these bots are getting too elaborate that I have an actual Two Factor with my friends that only the two of us would know.
Its an actual trading card no one plays....
❗️ TIPS to stay SANE as a vtuber with with ADHD! 💡ps: from someone who's had to learn how to...
• i mostly use browser instead of apps, this makes my usage more deliberate and i tire of it more easily
• i use mute/block/snooze/don't recommend/not interested freely, nothing personal, better peace of mind
• i keep my timelines curated to me, so that it's good noise and not bad noise! that way, even if i end up doomscrolling, it's at least low stress stuff or things i'm into!
• if i catch myself lingering too long or feeling overwhelmed in any way, i log out! i stay away until i feel better or ready again! scheduled posts are good if you're planning on a longer break!
• i post what i need to post and move on! sometimes i will stick around a little, but i find that coming back to it later is a better habit
• if it gets bad, i stay offline entirely for however long i need. this one sucks, but sometimes it's necessary! doing things completely unrelated to vtuber/streaming helps a lot to recalibrate! you have to move past the guilt and prioritize yourself!
• for messages, i reply in bursts when i feel social, then log out so i'm not as easily distracted or tempted to reply when i have something to work on. if i don't feel social, i take my time and get back to people when i can
• i limit the projects i take on as to not spread myself too thin! only a few, or even just one at a time if possible! i keep a lot of personal free time for myself just in case as well! i have low energy and low battery, so this is really important
• when i have a lot of ideas, i write them down! i save them for when i feel uninspired! bookmarks and personal planning discord servers are useful for this! good times and bad times are normal, do things that are more manageable on rough days, forcing it never ends well
• for streams, i keep my viewercount hidden. i hardly look at statistics unless i am in work mode and want to learn or improve something! this helps me stay in the present and enjoy myself
• if i am nervous or scared when it comes to something, i try to be brave and do/say the thing anyway then close it all up immediately! you can't see it if it doesn't exist! i would rather make a fool of myself than having never tried at all!
• when it comes to chatting and interacting live, i try to force more pauses to speak slower, breathe, and think! this one is hard especially when excited, but it's okay to leave some dead air. i find that i can last longer like this, otherwise i burn up all my energy too fast
• i have a general timeslot instead of a tight schedule! things don't go according to plan? the vibe is not there? it's flexible! you can still use a schedule and mention when you will be live instead of a specific theme/game/topic if unsure!
• balance work vs play! i try to vary my streams in a week! e.g: long playthrough (work), chill chatting (play), difficult thing (work), game i really like (play)... it's like a reward...
• to keep up with posting and making things, i record and plan in bulk! when i have good days, i make it easier for my future self later on bad ones! building a backlog is great!
that's most of what i could think of, i hope it's useful to someone! 🫶 if anyone has anything else, feel free!
