I’ve submitted a petition to Parliament calling for urgent reforms to family law.

The goal:

✅Make equal shared parenting the default

✅Enforce court-ordered parenting time

✅Empower police & child protection agencies to act when orders are violated

Too many parents—especially fathers—are denied time with their children despite legal orders. This petition aims to protect children’s right to meaningful relationships with both parents and hold the system accountable.

The petition is now with my local MP in Brantford, Larry Brock, awaiting approval.
