A decade ago, a visionary initiative was conceptualized—the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, known as CPEC. This transformative project has invigorated Pakistan's economy, yielding remarkable outcomes. It has not only generated over 236,000 direct employment opportunities but also contributed a substantial revenue of 17.55 billion dollars, all while augmenting the nation's electricity supply by 8,000 megawatts.

Beyond national boundaries, CPEC has established the bedrock for a connected and collaborative region, promoting cooperation, mutual comprehension, and prosperity. With unwavering resolve, CPEC has grown in strength, attracting a cumulative sum of 25.4 billion dollars in direct Chinese investments, thereby catalyzing a sweeping transformation of Pakistan's infrastructure.

1- The article brings forth many misperceptions and misgivings mostly based on partial and incorrect information. One is appalled to see how a singular frame has been applied to the CPEC which seems to indicate rather an effort to particularly target such a significant development initiative.

2- The article contains incorrect information vis-à-vis CPEC finances, cooperation in Energy, development of Gwadar, and opportunities created by this mega-project. It rather concentrates on the negative biased information which has already been clarified time and again by the Government of Pakistan.

3- Ten years ago, a visionary project was conceived the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor or CPEC. CPEC is breathed new life into Pakistan’s economy creating more than a 236000 direct jobs, generating 17.55 billion dollars in revenue and adding 8000 MW of electricity.

4- Beyond its borders, CPEC has laid the foundation for a connected region fostering cooperation, understanding and prosperity. With renew determination, the CPEC grew stronger, attracting a total of 25.4 billion dollars in direct Chinese investments and transforming Pakistan’s infrastructure.

5- Rather than leading readers astray with manipulated statistics, fabricated information, and deceptive assertions rooted in outdated propaganda, the esteemed author of this article should diligently present accurate information. It is imperative for the author to elucidate the factual foundation and emphasize that the observance of the 10-year anniversary of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is well-founded. The substantial benefits accruing to the people of Pakistan through this extensive collaborative framework are evidenced by remarkable accomplishments:

- The establishment of 510 kilometers of highways
- The construction of 932 kilometers of roads
- The provision of 8,000 megawatts of electricity
- The development of an 886-kilometer National Core Transmission Network, complemented by an 820-kilometer optic fiber cable network.
- Orange metro, the first Mass Transit of Pakistan.
