@verynetwork really disappointed. Bought an Ninetendo Switch as an Xmas present. It stopped working after 5 days. Had to return it and wasn’t offered a replacement. So it will cost me £4 delivery to reorder. A swap out should have been ordered #poorcustomerservice #poorcallcentre
