Why is govt using tax payers money to sponsor these kanwar camps? These kawariyas are responsible for violance, they beat people, damage their vehicle , अगर इनकी कावर ��ंडित हो जाए तो, why would we support them? When the police can't even take action against the violance?

@amitkilhor If he said unemployed then it's a system failure, whatever the reason for his unemployement is, whether poor quality old style education process in schools/ colleges or whether they are not able to provide a job, and it's not bad to opt these other professions
