@GobbyChef @theritzlondon Had my actual dinner at the Ledbury. Who were very generous with complimentary champagne and no charge for my Pinson birthday gift. But also had three nights at the ritz with lunch there. Wonderful.

For reasons I will never understand this just popped up on the tv. My 60th birthday weekend at the Ritz (and other restaurants…..)
This is how lucky the wife is. A husband who understands one’s head needs to be kept warm. You’ve either fucking got it or you fucking haven’t 💪😇

Domestic trouble brewing in sunny Chablis. The wife has taken to her sick bed. Mega poorly. On the good side the weight is dropping off rapidly (I empathised by pointing out this was no bad thing).
On the bad side I don’t see much chance of getting any dinner. 😟😢
