DO NOT GO TO JOE’S KWIK MARTS IN WHITE BEAR LAKE (off county rd e). I filled up on Friday (@bp_America ) and my car instantly shut down due to bad gasoline. They found more than 1 foot of water in each gas tank.

This also happened at the same location in 2018.
