Tyler Vidro, 25, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Nathaniel Padgett, 34

Court records say Vidro shot Padgett seven times in a FedEx parking lot before leaving the scene

Police say surveillance audio captured Vidro accusing Padgett of hitting his car as Padgett tried to walk past him toward his truck

Detectives say Vidro blocked Padgett from reaching his vehicle, and Padgett told him to leave before driving off
