4 fire alarms (2:08am, 4:25am, 4:43am, 4:45am) at Courtyard Knoxville Downtown because of a faulty sensor staff say they “can’t fix tonight.” Dozens of kids are in tears, exhausted, hours before AAU Cross Country Nationals. Unacceptable.

@SmoothieKing Do not do business with this company. I’m a long-time customer who lost $10.15 due to their inability to resolve customer issues.
Why? They ran out of Strawberries and were incapable of either cancelling the order or even changing the type of smoothie. #PoorCustomerExperience

Oddly enough as soon as I did that it began working flawlessly. The Visible support model is inadequate. I don’t regret porting my number away from Visible, clearly the right move
@Visible As a customer of @Visible, my experience has been very poor. After attempting a "required network upgrade" my service has been down for over 4 days. Visible claims to be helping, but very little communication, and the phone still doesn't work. #CustomerServiceFail@visiblecare
