@AaronB54214312@BlackLabelAdvsr Multiples of 10 is metric math rape? I'm not suggesting that we do away with the universal language of math. 5,280 feet in a mile is arbitrary. 1,000 meters in a kilometer is not. Cheers

@DavidJHarrisJr I think he's referring to Isaiah 1:15. I'd suggest reading all of Isaiah chapter 1 for context. Sounds like he's intentionally taking this verse out of context. Go on and check out Jeremiah 23:16 since we're quoting scripture.
@AaronB54214312@BlackLabelAdvsr That's fine. No hard feelings, but how many feet are in 17 miles? Don't use a calculator. People prefer our system because that's what they're used to, not because it's objectively better. If the tables were turned, we'd clown Europe hard for using imperial, and rightfully so.
@Maxwell55674333@YourFavWV I'm not suggesting there is never an errant legitimately hot day. Like I said, I lived there. But look at the average highs and lows along with reasonable humidity.
@SoonerVirginia Lived in Germany. Over there, driving to another country is like driving across a state line in the US. A more fair comparison question would be 'How many Swedes have been to North America?'
@AbbieSomething Agreed. I haven't thought about Australia since that guy punched a kangaroo. I guess we live rent free in their heads. Okay, see ya later mates. Don't let the door hit you on the way out... What was I just talking about? Eh, couldn't have been that important.
@HowlerDude@YourFavWV Lived in Europe for 3 years. They used these back then. They still do for that oppressive 2 week long summer where it gets into the 80's. These girls have 1 or 2 in their house too guaranteed.
@yelcat2@YourFavWV Lived in Germany for 3 years in the early 2000's. Even back then most Europeans had portable AC's for those two week long summer nights where it was mildly uncomfortable. These girls are being intentionally dense. Birmingham's July average high is 71°.
@YourFavWV 1. Stop fucking clapping at me. No one can stand that.
2. I lived in Germany for 3 years, no A/C. I live in Texas now. To say that these are two different climates is an understatement. The average high in Birmingham in July is 71°.
3. Yes, America is great!
@heatherellaxo@504CNM Hey Heather, combat vet here. We hate those troops. Obviously you can't hate on my comment, otherwise you'd be hating on the troops. Ya see how that works? I'll pull my punches on you, but theoretically, I could say whatever I want to you, if you disagree, you hate the troops.
