@john_smidt10@Valen59DaGoat Play off series mean nothing if the team
Doesn’t win the cup. Same stupid argument is made about the leafs pushing the panthers to 7. Both things are fans trying to make chicken salad out of chicken shit.
@UnparalledSens@NATHANHOCKEY95 Dude he dives on a consistent basis. Say he doesn’t dive is like saying Darcy Tucker didn’t leave his feet to hit people.
@Honest_P_Fan@Hockey_Is_All Most players look depressed in a jackets jersey, it’s why they leave, but Knies will be great there. He’s going to be a permanent top liner. Only way he struggles if he’s pushed to carry his own line. Up until now he hasn’t been able to do that
@bobby5998@LeafsfanEst1991@Hockey_Is_All If you think Montreal isn’t as toxic as the Toronto market I have a bridge to sell you. It’s against French born players normally, there’s a good reason why a lot of players native to Quebec avoid the team until later in their careers, it they go there at all
@emmett_von@LeafsfanEst1991@slafplzscore Which is exactly the problem. If he was able to go down the line up and be a shut down guy or play as a secondary scorer his value sky rockets. Think Corey Perry in Edmonton. Played up and down and was great in both situations. Knies wasn’t that.
@WodeAlexis@CanadiensMTL I’m a leafs fan and your team has a great year ahead of them. All the core are one year older and getting towards their prime. Biggest mistake they can make is making rash decisions. Stay the course and the team will be fine. Like any team they have their holes but overall strong
@WodeAlexis Habs didn’t need to do anything crazy. They have a good team with a lot of top prospects. Yes they have holes in the line up and it’ll be interesting to see what happens goalie wise, but but no means did they need a big shake up
@CanadasLeafs Kreider was a great deal for them, but yes it appears the gm is very attached to the prospect pool he has and doesn’t want to part with anything
@pintmonster69 He’s never been garbage. Hasn’t been able to drive a line, but when he’s paired with the right players he’s fantastic. Now that could simply be a confidence issue which should correct as he gets older and more seasoned. Also, for how big he his, he isn’t exactly physical
@NorrisWinner Hate losing a player like matty, and honestly don’t know the other player enough to judge ( didn’t watch any of last season). So hopefully the guy is worth it
@IceMetrix Not this badly lol. Dach may get a first but if he does that is all they will get. If a pick is in the deal
No prospect or roster player will
Be with it
