LATEST UPDATE ON TRACKING THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR'S RACE: Results from the third California VOTER Index tracking poll show movement in the race, with Democrat Xavier Becerra and Republican Steve Hilton tied at the top with 18% support each. Undecided voters have dropped from 24% in March to 14%, a sign that voters are tuning in.

Former CNN journalist Don Lemon has been arrested in connection with an incident in which anti-ICE protesters disrupted a service at a Minnesota church, multiple sources told ABC News.

The incident unfolded on Jan. 18, when protesters entered Cities Church in St. Paul. The protesters said one of the pastors is the acting field director of the St. Paul ICE field office.
