Recently helped a new local business in Chalfont St Peter with their web site. Set them up with a WordPress platform and guided them through the design and content. Also advised on Google Business Profile setup and they already have some great reviews.

Delighted to have migrated https://t.co/vFyXRGfZfX to a new WordPress theme recently. The Genesis Framework is no longer being actively developed so we implemented WP Kadence which is our theme of choice moving forward. A client for around 20 years, delighted with the new site.
A flourish to the end of 2024 with a couple of new web sites. This is Bennett & Sons, a local roofing business who's old web designer was retiring. Converted the existing site from a legacy CMS to WordPress, sorted out the domain renewals & email set up.

Asked by a new customer to quickly turn round a small website converting it from an unfriendly CMS to standard Gutenberg / Genesis theme. Added a new gallery plug in & uploaded without access to FTP or phpmyadmin, which was tricky if the site had crashed!

Just re-designed the Chalfont Gospel Hall's web site, migrated from an old Dreamweaver site to WordPress. They also launched a new logo and several new photos. I've been working with them for almost 15 years.

There are so many elements to SEO now it is impractical for small, non techie business owners to implement many of them. The one thing that I strongly recommend is updating their Google My Business presence. This is now my number 1 recommendation to anyone asking for guidance.
Been absolutely flat out the last 3 months with 5 new web sites and four hosting migration requests. They were all fairly small, but take up time. The strong theme I've had coming through from these requests and from existing customers is 'how do I get more local business'?
Happy New Year to all our customers who have kept us very busy through 2023! Always around for a catch up and chat with anyone with web site or SEO related thoughts in the New Year.
Small web site completed for local tradesman, https://t.co/NsT22znzK6 he repairs / fits upholstery on car seats, accessories, hoods + larger projects e.g. coaches, camper vans & even planes! He was left high & dry so registered a better domain name & built a new site on WordPress
Delighted to have recently helped a local customer re-launch their web site https://t.co/lgG8SiU2Pd. He originally had the .com domain but with the passing of time it had lapsed. We were able to rescue a large part of it and re-launch using the original Gloria theme on WordPress.
We had worked with renowned artist Gordon King since 2008 and who sadly passed away last year. This year we worked with the family who have been going through his extensive archive, to upload a substantial collection of his work on-line for the first time. https://t.co/yW1320wK3q
The price of WooCommerce plug ins are going up rapidly, 20% is the latest one - across the board it is now a very expensive platform for anything above basic functionality.
Probably worth clients looking at alternative options.
Very pleased to have helped a new client out with a WordPress migration and then an update to a more modern look and feel.

The new site, almost exactly 20 years since we launched their first site has been a few months in the making with new photos, sections and an updated theme.
Uploaded another style door to HKUK, great to use social media for awareness. I've posted this note here:
- Pinterest (great for backlinks)
- Twitter
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Google my Business
Decided this wasn't really for our LinkedIn account. HKUK up almost 60% this year.
