During the month of May, Challenge held a webinar series on #sic Bulk growth.
Silicon Carbide was the protagonist of the webinars, which reached 415 registrations, most of which are researchers. Indeed, 66% of participants had research purposes.

#SiliconCarbide is the material of the future: thanks to its properties, it has many applications.
An interesting opportunity for implementation is #EV, but it is not the only one: #eruption or #earthquake forecast is for sure a life-changing innovation.

#Engaging students and young people in our project results is one of our goals: for this reason, we gave 50 students the opportunity to receive specific training by high qualified researchers on #solarcells, #powerdevices and our project's main results.

When thinking of #electric#vehicles, many people still have reservations due to price, charging times...
Our project's goal is to address this problem by exploiting #SiC features: a higher degree of #autonomy, faster #battery charging and lower #costs.
