@sebdot Let the good times roll!
If you want to learn more about all the product updates in our 16-year history, please DM us. We're happy to set up some time. There is a lot to cover.
@reddfgc @dorkasaurus_rex@gncfosho @roycebracketfgc Hmmm... We are not aware of this issue, but if you experience it again please let our help desk know via https://t.co/zimeuB6EYR. Thanks!
@starnak_gaming Thanks for using Challonge! We can determine placements up to 16th place. Here is more and I hope it is helpful: https://t.co/kOh0rEr28f
@LastLevelNC You are unkind. Passionate, but unkind. Challonge has always allowed text-based participants to be added to individual tournaments. A feature that enables TOs to add text-based participants to multiple tournaments within an event all at once is a time-saving idea we'll consider.
The new look of Challonge is just the beginning of some major updates we'll be releasing soon. Thank you to every tournament and community organizer who has used Challonge over the past 15 years. We are so excited to continue supporting you for years to come. Challonge Accepted!
@reddfgc Thanks for asking. I'd love for our support team to review this formally. If you agree, please send them a message at https://t.co/zimeuB6EYR under "Contact the Challonge Team". Thanks.
@JD__FGC@Bloo4LYFE Have you explored our new approach to participant management? https://t.co/NGXC27CMri If that doesn't fit your needs please reach out to our support team here https://t.co/zimeuB6EYR under "Contact the Challonge Team" and let us know.
@CorePixels I'm sorry I can't find any record of that discussion. Regardless, we're sorry that you feel misled and would love to support your needs in a manner that makes sense for all parties. Please contact us here https://t.co/zimeuB6EYR under "Contact the Challonge Team" to get started.
@LastLevelNC We're sorry you don't want to hear about our rebrand, and we do like supporting events with multiple tournaments. Email is required to deliver the ticket to the person. If you want to just add them to a tournament, you can do that under the "Participants" tab of the tournament.
@JustXillow Thanks for asking! This is the start of many more updates coming to Challonge all in support of our great tournament and community organizers.
@StaxRL@StumpyRobothing Thank you. We got it fixed. It appears that round 3 was manually triggered twice by the same person (or by two admins at the same time) instead of waiting for it to auto-populate. To help prevent this in the future, we've increased the time delay before showing the manual option.
