@EhrgU @KraftPB This is such a great project by Kraft! I agree with others that it's sometimes difficult for corporations to take on initiatives like this without coming off as virtue signalling, but with the proceeds going towards the cause I think Kraft has succeeded.

@EhrgU It's true that a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods are needed to get a grasp on your audience but it's exactly that: a grasp. I don't think it's possible to fully know your audience in its entirety, but knowing the ballpark to be aiming for is a good starting point

@EhrgU If possible, I always try and get someone else to give my work a quick once-over (thanks roommates!). Having multiple sets of eyes to find mistakes is super helpful and often new perspectives are brought to light. #engl301
