It was mostly learning online and so I soon realised, I had to plan out and give it dedicated time. My NPQH Buddy was also the key to success as we held each other to account to get our learning completed.
I would recommend it to other leaders.

I’ve known for a month but was so busy and stressed out, I couldn’t really celebrate.
I passed my NPQH with #AmbitionNPQs and I am so proud of myself for completing this qualification in spite of all the stresses and events which could have prevented me from giving my best.

Returned to school today to see how everything was going as we have a new boiler being installed and my lovely caretaker gifted me this book written by his previous headteacher in London. Already hooked by the title!
