I've had this in my draft for over 2 weeks now. I guess this is the time to tweet it :

" Marriage isn't the reward for purity. GOD is."

The goal of living a life of sexual purity is not to earn a husband or wife, but to honor and enjoy a relationship with GOD.

Many people assume that if they remain sexually pure, GOD owes them a good marriage, but purity is not a transaction with GOD. It is an act of love, worship, and obedience.

Marriage is a blessing that GOD gives, but it is not the ultimate reward for purity.

The greatest reward of faithfulness is knowing GOD more deeply, walking closely with Him, and finding satisfaction in Him whether one marries or not.

I bear this scar and pain for Jesus. This is the mark that I left darkness into light.

Although, after many surgeries, the medical complications are still there, but I will never go back from following Jesus.

I was in a church sharing my salvation experience, and after I have preached and about 300 hundred gave their lives to Christ, as I was coming out of the church, some people shouted, Pastor we need your help.

Unknown to me, they were angry Muslim who were bittɛred because of a growing number of people who are leaving Islam in my community in Gambia because of my testimony.

As I looked back, one of them poured a bucked of acid on my face, as I turned the other side, another one poured another bucket of acid and they were shouting:

"Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar".

My eyes were affected but not totally blinded. I am joyfully bearing the scars and the pain. That is the price I have to pay in following Jesus.

Brethren stood by me, they prayed for me, they took care of me. There is love in Jesus.

Please 🙏 pray that the Lord will heal my pains completely. Pray for my faith not to shake.

Although, they are still threatening me, but there is no going back from following Jesus.

I’ve been in Jos for like 5 days now and I have a lot to say.

Firstly, I never knew a people could be this nice and kind and respectful.

I almost felt sick because I never knew people could still be like that.

Lagos has fried my brain. People call you Sir while offering every service to you.

From the suya guy to the super market attendant to the local restaurant to every single person.

I’ve never seen this before in my life. In Lagos, the way I know the food in a restaurant would be good is if the woman is rude.

I never trust the food of a polite food seller in Lagos.

But I’m here where everyone treats you with respect.

Then things are cheaper. The uber that will normally cost 10 million naira here in Lagos is 2,500 here.

I’ve never seen life lived like this before. I see clear road everywhere.

I’m not scared of holding my phone carelessly.

Hotel is cheap with free WiFi. Omo. Jos na place.
