Decided to take it a little light on the football drills today and focus on my footwork for disc and leg strength! I ended my leg workout with 5 reps of 1100lbs on leg press!

After some time off with dental surgery and vacation I’m back on the grind! Decided to work on a bit of everything today. Also someone told me 290lb lineman shouldn’t be able to handstand walk 5 yards so next time I’ll shoot for 10!!!
