@bryancurtis@thepressboxpod@byjoelanderson Even at 300 interviews a year, I’m not certain LeBron has put more in the public domain than Washington.

Today, Governor Bill Anoatubby announced he is retiring from elected office after four decades at the helm of the Chickasaw Nation. He and his team have built the Chickasaw Nation into one of the most impactful entities in Oklahoma, and theirs is one of the greatest tribal success stories in U.S. history. And thanks to Governor Anoatubby’s vision, the Chickasaw Nation is also one of Oklahoma City’s most important partners. Governor Anoatubby’s leadership story is one we will study, and he will be remembered as one of our state’s greatest leaders. On a personal level, I am grateful for his friendship. On behalf of the people of OKC, I thank him for all that he has done for our community, and I wish him all the best in this next chapter.
Governor Bill Anoatubby's leadership has helped shape a stronger Oklahoma through service, partnership, and an unwavering commitment to the people he serves.
We are deeply grateful for his partnership and leadership and look forward to building on that foundation with Lieutenant Governor Chris Anoatubby and the Chickasaw Nation in the years ahead.
Filed to ESPN: Whether you needed a racer, a throwback to a simpler time, or even a role model of how to grow from kid lightning rod to grown family man, Kyle Busch was the one we looked to.

every day is a privilege and today is a truly sad reminder of that.
this little boy in this picture hated you on sunday’s. but he loved to hate you, and you made it very difficult to hate and not become a fan when your passion for racing showed, when you would show up to his home town to race at his home tracks. he will be forever grateful for that.
from a fan, to a hater, to a competitor, to a teammate, and to even maybe a friend. i share that story because this little kid in the picture was not anywhere near the true number that you impacted for the better just through racing.
you will be deeply missed. both on the race track, but certainly off.
RIP. 🕊️
We are saddened and heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and one of our sport's greatest and fiercest drivers. He was 41 years old.
We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.
Turns out drought really does put the “brown” in “green-up season.” Oklahoma vegetation looked far healthier in May 2025 than it does this year, thanks to the dramatic expansion of drought across western and central Oklahoma. https://t.co/S0zmtLHmwU #okwx#okmesonet
