ऐसे में 5-6 दोस्त मिलकर साथ रहने का घर बना सकते है जिसमें किचन , गार्डन , गेम जोन कॉमन रहेगा ! यह एक जॉइंट फ़ैमिली जैसा कल्चर होगा , जहाँ हँसी ठहाकों के साथ लुढ़ो, केरम, ताश , टेबल टेनिस समय पास करने के लिए प्रमुख गेम रहेंगे ! शाम का समय सामूहिक भजन कीर्तन में जाएगा ! सभी मिलकर अपना एक फ़ैमिली डाक्टर नियुक्त करेंगे जो उन सभी की नियमित शारीरिक देखभाल करेंगे !

✅ Parking charges at authorised parking sites will be doubled till 28 February 2027. DMRC owned and managed parking is exempt.

✅ MCD office timings will be 8:30 AM to 5 PM and Delhi government office timings will be 10 AM to 6:30 PM till 28 February 2027.

✅ Government and private offices can have a maximum of 50% employees physically present till 31 January 2027. The remaining 50% will work from home. Essential and emergency services are exempt.

✅ Dust generating demolition and outdoor civil construction activity will be banned till 31 January 2027. Essential public infrastructure projects are exempt and some finishing, plumbing and electrical work can continue with dust control measures.

✅ From 10 December 2026 to 20 January 2027, a near complete ban on construction and demolition activities will be in place, except urgent government projects and emergency works.

✅ Non Delhi registered vehicles below BS VI will be barred from entering Delhi till 31 January 2027. CNG, EVs, emergency and sovereign vehicles and specifically exempted categories are excluded.

✅ Fuel stations in Delhi will supply fuel only to vehicles with a valid Pollution Under Control certificate, with stronger enforcement.
