Hi @MumbaiPolice, I have applied for my mother in laws passport who is a senior citizen and an acute kidney patient on dialysis on 24 march. Not only have I visited the passport office with her TWICE but also submitted more than the required documents.

Dear @MumbaiPolice, I have applied for the renewal of my passport on 8th oct and got a message that somebody will visit for police verification. I have visited the police station 3 times ever since, called on your helpline multiple times and emailed on the official ID.

There has been no visit by the police for verification and every time I visit the police station I’m told it will be done the same day or the next day. PLEASE HELP as I’m due to travel and it’s been over a month and half that I have been following up.
