Guys - same day availability is fine, same hour is not. In the past, 50-75% of you pre-booked, at least a day in advance. That showed me there was interest, so i would show up at the "office" early and stay there all day, which allowed me to accommodate "same hour", bookings as well - I was already there .

Over time, the majority of you have started asking at the last minute , literally. So at the start of my day, I have a schedule with NOTHING on it. Which leads me to believe there is no interest, so I get work done around the house, or at my second job. Then suddenly 3 of you text me, wanting to see me in the next 30 minutes. It takes me a MINIMUM of an hour, more like 1.5 hours, to get ready and get to the office. None of you are available by then. The alternative is, I show up at 10am, and sit there all day hoping for last minute bookings. Sometimes I get them, sometimes I don't. When I don't, I feel like I've wasted an entire day I could've spent doing other things. Or, 2 of you text me during the one prebooked visit I do have, wanting to show up in the next 15-30 minutes.

It's getting ridiculous. My first course of action is this: asking you kindly to please plan your day. Most of you have more mainstream jobs and lives than I do! Your schedule is more set than mine. You know what time you get out of work and have to be home. Plan ahead - even if it's 6 hours ahead, that helps. Text me the night before - "hey, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna want to see you around 1pm tomorrow , I'll confirm in the morning". Or if you want to see me at 1pm, text me at 9am. I won't hold it against you if you don't show up, but if I get enough interest, I'll know to be there and ready by 1 - there's a good chance someone will show up.

Otherwise, I'm not gonna waste my time waiting and I'll put my energy into my other business. Or, I'll start charging fees for bookings made within a 2 hour period. I don't think anyone wants that, nor do I. And I don't mind the occasional very last minute request - I realize sometimes that you happen to have a window, and give it a shot. That's fine! But if 90% of you book at the last minute, I have no clue if my day will be busy or dead, and I'm not gonna waste 12 hours sitting there to find out.

The majority of you are regulars, and the majority of you used to pre-book. So I know it's possible. Last minute bookings are still welcome, it just can't be everyone all the time - or I won't ever be available last minute 🤷🏼‍♀️. Let's do it the easy way, without fees and without me having to say no until people get the message that you need to plan ahead. Please and thanks. And - a huge thank you to the few of you who always pre-book!! Very appreciated. And also to the few of you I've already spoken to who understood and corrected immediately❤️❤️. Thanks for reading and understanding.
