LT Colonel Tigri is a 38 Old Beninese artillery and explosives expert. He is behind the Military operation that took place in Benin today.

He saw what is happening in Benin and did not like it.

He envisage an Independent Benin like the Nations of Sahel, where the people, rather than a foreign power are in control of the resources, the territory.

Whatever the final outcome, many Africans will admire him for his courageous act in freeing his people from the shackles of Imperialism.
