@vrbo You should be ashamed for not refunding travelers during Covid, AirBnB did the right thing and so should you. We even paid cancellation insurance but you are refusing to refund my family for $2K for a rental we could not use.

@LinkedIn how can you fraudulently continue to charge your users for cancelled premium subscriptions and provide absolutely ZERO customer support to resolve the matter. I was charged in 2018 (and refunded) and now you charged my card $500 AGAIN for a cancelled services!
@LinkedInHelp[email protected] I had to go through this same struggle last January, once I was refunded last year, I believed the matter was fixed. Now I found a new annual charge for premium again.
