I take this back and am going to leave the post up as a point of (self) accountability. All my airline options are bad. A friend to walked me through dealing with it. I got prematurely upset at Air Canada because I know they default to treating their customers terribly. My bad.

As I start my two city life I officially have one last trip with @AirCanada because they have THE MOST restrictive pet travel policy of all my options. It is wild. Meanwhile I have to get an additional TINY carrier for my pup just to fly with them on the flight I had booked 🙄🫠

Policy idea for you two to work on: The government charges a fee/tax for operating a private clinic. And billable services get billed lower 🤷🏾‍♀️ No double dipping. You choose whether the government pays you or private citizens.
