@OldMutualNam Sometimes, I allow a few minutes for social media and news channels for me to be on par with the current affairs and the markets. This is in my case an effective way to stay motivated this winter. Currently reading The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey.

@OldMutualNam Since the nights tend to be longer in winter, I have developed a habit of going to bed before 21h00 each day. Although it's colder in the mornings, I wake up at 04h00 after a guaranteed 8 hours sleep to either meditate or read a book before work.
