@OOC_Unova I kinda get the idea that they wanted to put some of these mons in the late game so you see their base form for at least a few levels, but making the evo levels so late dooms the mons to fall behind the rest of the party if they are introduced early (Rufflet in SM for instance)

Ludicolo is the only other Water/Grass family, and they don’t have a water immune ability
