1/ There's a problem with social media (shocker, we know)
And it's not just trolls, fake news, or face tune filters.
Social apps have become the default place to get news and to LEARN. But they weren't built for learning.
Here's how we plan on fixing that👇
How did I not know about @chapter_HQ? This is a new dimension to books & authors' relationships with readers.
Who better to learn from than @KBAndersen?
(I hope I can do this when my Gutenberg & next books come out!) Just signed up and paid up (only $40).
Really looking forward to "The Rise of the Meme," an upcoming course on some of my favorite chapters in internet history, mostly because it will cause me to become even more insufferable in conversation. https://t.co/neXdsOW8oG
My friend @Gautam__Baid (and author of the excellent book, The Joys of Compounding) is launching a new Chapter.
It's called "Qualitative Investing And Fund Management".
Through this, Gautam wants to educate folks about important investing concepts.

@shadihamid@chapter_HQ I'm excited to join you for this course! First time in a while I've signed up to learn something new, and the format seems perfect. I'll be ready!
These are the key ideas behind Chapter (@chapter_HQ) -- a new format to help people learn stuff:
1) A curated list of high-quality resources,
2) A 4-week curriculum with an expert's notes/insights,
3) A forum to ask questions of the expert and interact with fellow learners.
@DaphinaP Hi Daphina! You can expect around 90 minutes of content each week. The discussion and Q&A is asynchronous, so you can drop in whenever you have time. And you’ll have an extra 2 weeks at the end to catch up if need be.
@ajjordan_62 Hi Archie - we can help you with that. Try clicking on Charles’ photo from our homepage:

and let us know if you can register that way. If you’re still having issues, please send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll get you registered.
Me: Hey, I just bought myself a Christmas gift.
Wife: What is it? I'll still want to wrap it and put it under the tree?
Me: Ok. Here ya go. *sends pic*
Wife: You are weird.

@JanDJenkins@alexzfinley Hi Jan Yes, that's right. You'll get a weekly batch of content every Monday, and the discussion/Q&A happens asynchronously on the Chapter website.
