INEC INEC INEC. They distrust technology when it comes to uploading results to the IREV but they trust to use it to confuse the voters register. The people are angry everywhere. I cannot walk through an airport without people surrounding me and saying this is advance rigging and that they may have to take the laws into their hands. To avert anarchy I am calling on all the political parties to come together and demand a fully clean and transparently displayed register. I would also like the international community. especially those who support elections in Nigeria to alert INEC to consequences. It is also important to alert that this is the moral equivalence of genocide and that the International Criminal Court( ICC) be prepared to put on trial INEC officials from clerical levels to the Chairman.
They may have read Stalin that it is not those who vote but those who count the vote that determine elections but they may be about to learn that those who miscount the votes may be statistics of revolutions stoked by the anger of the people.

A Man Shares His Experience After Meeting Mr Peter Obi’s Younger Brother, a Medical Doctor Based in the United States.
PETER OBI’S IMPEACHMENT AS ANAMBRA STATE GOVERNOR: NOVEMBER 2, 2006
Peter Obi was impeached by the Anambra State House of Assembly on November 2, 2006, over allegations of “gross misconduct.”
However, the impeachment was widely regarded as politically motivated, stemming from his refusal to inflate the state budget or share public funds with lawmakers and political godfathers.
WHAT LED TO HIS IMPEACHMENT
1. Refusal to inflate the budget: Peter Obi publicly stated that one of the major reasons for his impeachment was his refusal to inflate the state’s annual budget to satisfy the financial interests of legislators.
2. Prudent spending: Members of the House accused him of “degrading the office of the Governor” because he used a modest official vehicle, a Peugeot 406, and purchased furniture locally.
The Assembly had approved ₦298 million for the renovation of the Governor’s office and ₦486 million for the Governor’s Lodge. However, Obi reportedly spent just ₦43.2 million and ₦81 million, respectively.
3. Saving state funds: Another allegation in the impeachment notice was that he saved public funds without obtaining the necessary legislative approval. By the end of his tenure, he had reportedly accumulated savings of over ₦75 billion, an approach that angered lawmakers who believed the money should have been spent or shared.
4. Political pressure: The Assembly was dominated by members of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). The impeachment was widely viewed as an attempt to remove Obi from office and clear the way for another candidate, Andy Uba, ahead of the 2007 governorship election.
THE COURT BATTLES AND REINSTATEMENT
Peter Obi challenged his impeachment in court. On December 28, 2006, the Anambra State High Court nullified the impeachment.
On February 9, 2007, the Court of Appeal affirmed the decision, declaring the impeachment unconstitutional and paving the way for Obi's reinstatement as governor.
During his absence from office, his deputy, Dame Virginia Etiaba, was sworn in as governor, making her Nigeria’s first female governor. She held the position until Obi was reinstated.
But Obi’s political battle was far from over.
Following the 2007 governorship election, Andy Uba was declared the winner. Obi challenged the outcome, arguing that his constitutionally guaranteed four-year tenure had not expired.
On June 14, 2007, the Supreme Court ruled in Obi's favour and ordered Uba to vacate office. The court affirmed that Obi's tenure would run until March 17, 2010.
