Last week we held a tournament to commemorate the the 16 days of activism against gender-based violence. We brought on board four teams, two for boys and two for girls which then played against each other in the finals and the winners awarded. The initiative was a success.

Today we held a male #FGM consultative dialogue and discussed on the dangers, effects and solutions to curb the archaic practice.

The session was positive and insightful and the discussions were fruitful. The youth are ready to make FGM a thing of past in the community.

Ending FGM is a collective effort as we all have a role to play in protecting our girls against such harmful practice.
