When someone says or does something that hurts you, treat it like a workplace hazard. You have to isolate it before it contaminates your heart.

Think of it like this:
You don’t leave a chemical spill in the middle of the floor. You contain it, clean it up, and prevent exposure.

*Proverbs 17:9* puts it this way: _“He who covers and forgives an offense seeks love.”_
So cover that offense. Seal it off. Don’t let it spread into bitterness, resentment, or affect the rest of your team.

Protect your heart the same way you protect your hands and eyes on site. Forgiveness is your PPE against emotional harm.
