Brigade, Century, L&T and Godrej are among the biggest beneficiaries of the Blue Line Metro, with enhanced connectivity boosting the value of their developments.
Why not explore a contribution model from major beneficiaries towards metro infrastructure as well, @ChristinMP_?

Dear @krishnabgowda sir,not including #Bettahalasuru metro station in the plan will be biggest miss and mistake from the government. The station Bagaluru cross will have to bear massive crowd handling and ease of public transport is lost.@CMofKarnataka@ChristinMP_
Some important people are forgotten due to poor decisions they made. I don't know how many of you remember David Sokol, who was once next only to Buffett and Munger in the Berkshire hierarchy. There were plenty of indications that he was the chosen successor to Buffett.
In 2011, Berkshire acquired a company called Lubrizol. This deal was brought to Buffett's attention entirely by Sokol.
However, just a week before officially pitching the acquisition to Berkshire, Sokol quietly took a massive personal position in Lubrizol stock. In essence, he front ran his own firm's corporate acquisition.
When Berkshire’s internal audit committee discovered the timeline overlap, the pressure mounted. Realizing the walls were closing in, Sokol abruptly resigned in March 2011. Though it was framed as a resignation, he was effectively forced out on ethical grounds, and Buffett permanently cut ties with him.
Addressing an arena full of shareholders at the subsequent annual meeting, Buffett discussed the episode and invoked his famous rule:
"Lose money for the firm, and I will be understanding. Lose a shred of reputation for the firm, and I will be ruthless."
Buffett added that he would "never understand" why an executive who was already so wealthy would risk everything for a quick $3 million personal trading profit.
Sokol's career was ruined overnight, and his name was instantly erased from the Berkshire succession pool. A powerful reminder that reputation takes a lifetime to build, but only a few minutes to destroy.
.#RIP Sad to hear about the passing of actor @DileepRaj, a familiar face across #Kannada#television and #cinema. From serials to films, he brought warmth and sincerity to every role, and was recently seen in @darlingkrishnaa#lovemocktail3. Heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and admirers.
Rest in peace. 💔
@NiranjanC70085@ChristinMP_ Yellow line metro feels like a local train. The yellow line metro interiors feel very cheap.
Also the noise level is higher.
Overall - Purple and Green line metro’s are much superior ride quality and feels premium.
