How to fix shitty self-image (self-worth)

1) ask “what is my reason for thinking i suck”
2) Realize you just made up the reason(s) entirely & are feeding it to yourself because you’ve brainwashed yourself to believe that something you don’t actually actually care about, matters for your own self-perception - You’re using someone else’s scoreboard/metric for your own conditional “if i do x, then i can give myself y” self-worth calculation. If you actually gave a shit, you’d have it. You’re actually, under the surface, pretty good at what you *actually* care about. Once you see the gaslight, the conditional goes away
3) place your “anchor” on your own game of which you’re already playing. The stuff you actually already like/do that you think doesn’t matter cuz society says it wont give you status. That’s your scoreboard. Anchor to THAT, and then realize your scoreboard is as valid as anyone else’s, and all others are pointless

Most people have no SELF worth because they don’t weigh their worth in terms of THEMSELF. They weigh THEIR WORTH in terms of what they think other people judge/weigh
