Our residents had a special preview of the Corbridge Christmas Tree Festival and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Our residents were amazed by the creativity and cleverness of some of the designs. Our Charlotte Straker entry had a theme of “Christmas Past and Christmas Present”.

Our residents threw themselves into the festive spirit recently with a special wreath-making workshop. They created stunning wreaths using natural ingredients including fresh greenery, pinecones, holly leaves and berries and Christmas decorations.

THANK YOU to the children from Little Tinklers nursery in Corbridge for visiting us recently. Not only did they walk all the way from their nursery to our care home but they also brought some wonderful harvest gifts for the residents in our assisted living bungalows. #carehome

Our residents are always very keen to take part in Remembrance Sunday especially as many remember living through World War 2 and some are veterans of our armed forces. We enjoyed the parade through Corbridge and went to the very touching Civic Service of Remembrance
